Feisty physician, expert in health promotion, and one-time Hoosier point guard, Dr. Minot Cleveland is a passionate advocate for physical activity and playing sports for fun. He is a voice for the “everyday athlete,” encouraging us all to weave enjoyable physical activity into the fabric of our daily lives. The American Heart Association nominated him as a “community hero” and he had the great honor of running in the 1996 Olympic Torch Relay prior to the Atlanta Olympic Games.
